About the Role
Voice Office is an Ontario-based AI agency specializing in cutting-edge inbound voice solutions. We help businesses automate their calls, save time, and capture every lead. We are looking for a high-intensity Sales Executive to lead our boots-on-the-ground expansion across the Greater Toronto Area.
This is an Independent Contractor position. You won't be sitting behind a desk. You will be in the field meeting business owners, demonstrating our AI technology, and closing deals. If you are a hunter who wants your earnings to be a direct reflection of your effort, this is the role for you.
The Mission: GTA Territory Coverage
This position involves daily travel across the GTA, including Mississauga, Milton, Brampton, Oakville, and Toronto. You will be responsible for identifying high-potential businesses like restaurants, medical clinics, and service providers, conducting in-person demos, and onboarding them onto the Voice Office platform.
Key Responsibilities
Aggressive Prospecting: A mix of following up on warm leads and cold-contacting local businesses in person.
Live AI Demos: Presenting our AI voice agents to business owners and showing them the value of 24/7 automated answering.
Full-Cycle Closing: Managing everything from the first "Hello" to collecting the setup fee.
Territory Management: Efficiently navigating the GTA to maximize your daily activity.
Requirements
Proven Closer: 1 to 2 years of sales experience. Experience in HVAC, Merchant Services, Telecom, or Door-to-Door is a major asset.
Independent Contractor Status: A previous or currently registered sales contractor is a significant asset.
Reliable Vehicle: You must have a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle for daily travel across the GTA.
The Shark Edge: Highly self-motivated, competitive, and resilient. You view "No" as a challenge, not a dead end.
Tech-Fluent: You must be able to explain the benefits of AI in a way that makes sense to a busy business owner. This is an optional trait but a great asset.
